Algues marines en Bretagne : une ressource \u00e0 pr\u00e9server<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"🌊\" R\u00e9colte manuelle des algues de rive<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La r\u00e9colte des algues de rives se pratique exclusivement \u00e0 la main. Si les r\u00e9coltants peuvent utiliser un bateau ou un tracteur pour se d\u00e9placer, la r\u00e9colte s\u2019effectue \u00e0 pied. Elle concerne de nombreuses esp\u00e8ces du littoral :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"🌿\" Algues vertes : laitue de mer (ulve).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Algues rouges : dulse (Palmaria palmata), nori (Porphyra spp).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Algues brunes : go\u00e9mon noir (Ascophyllum nodosum), haricot de mer (Himanthalia elongata).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les quantit\u00e9s d\u2019algues r\u00e9colt\u00e9es \u00e0 la main chaque ann\u00e9e sont de l\u2019ordre de 5 000 tonnes. Le travail manuel permet une r\u00e9colte s\u00e9lective et assure la qualit\u00e9 des algues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"🌊\" R\u00e9colte par bateau des algues marines<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La r\u00e9colte des algues en bateau concerne deux esp\u00e8ces de laminaires :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"🌿\" Laminaria digitata, r\u00e9colt\u00e9e au scoubidou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laminaria hyperborea, r\u00e9colt\u00e9e au peigne \u00e0 hyperborea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces laminaires sont des grandes algues brunes. Les principaux champs se trouvent au large du Finist\u00e8re Nord. Elles sont principalement utilis\u00e9es en agroalimentaire et cosm\u00e9tique pour produire des alginates (E400 \u00e0 E405). La production fran\u00e7aise, enti\u00e8rement bretonne, est de l\u2019ordre de 60 000 tonnes d\u2019algues par an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
