Leur nom d\u00e9coule des structures qu\u2019ils forment dans les cellules racinaires des plantes : arbuscules*.<\/p>\n<p><em>*Les arbuscules sont des structures finement ramifi\u00e9es qui se forment dans une cellule et servent de site d&rsquo;\u00e9change m\u00e9tabolique majeur entre la plante et le champignon. Des v\u00e9sicules se trouvent \u00e9galement dans certaines esp\u00e8ces de champignons \u00e0 arbuscules. Ce sont des structures en forme de sac, \u00e9mergeant d&rsquo;hyphes, qui servent d&rsquo;organes de stockage de lipides. 80 % des v\u00e9g\u00e9taux\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les champignons ectomycorhiziens se retrouvent essentiellement\u00a0sur les arbres et forment des structures visibles\u00a0alors que les champignons endomycorhiziens colonisent\u00a0les arbres aussi bien que les arbustes et la plupart\u00a0des plantes herbac\u00e9es et ne forment pas de structures visibles.\u00a0D\u2019autres types de mycorhizes colonisent les orchid\u00e9es\u00a0et les plantes de la famille des \u00e9ricac\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hydropassion.com\/webZine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/ecto_fr_mc4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-663\" title=\"Ectomycorhizes\" src=\"https:\/\/hydropassion.com\/webZine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/ecto_fr_mc4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"212\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Les champignons ectomycorhiziens se retrouvent aussi dans l&rsquo;environnement naturel, principalement dans les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes des for\u00eats. Ces champignons peuvent former des structures reproductives visibles (champignons) au pied des arbres qu\u2019ils colonisent. Les champignons ectomycorhiziens se d\u00e9veloppent entre les cellules racinaires sans les p\u00e9n\u00e9trer. Leurs hyphes se d\u00e9ploient \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, formant un enroulement dense connu sous l\u2019appellation de manteau fongique.
